A forthcoming film project sponsored in part by the U.S. Embassy in Israel will provide a window into what the world may look like for Israelis and Palestinians after a lasting peace is achieved.

Amid the day-to-day reports of terrorism, rocket attacks, and inflammatory rhetoric, it’s easy to forget that peace is possible in the ongoing Israel-Palestinian conflict.

But what if peace were declared tomorrow?

The U.S. Embassy in Israel not only want you to imagine what peace would look like, it sponsored a project to empower seven filmmakers to produce short films envisioning “The Day after Peace”, which is the title of the effort.

On May 29, the Embassy’s Jerusalem Social Media Platforms will feature the films. Check out the trailer below!
