VIDEO: US Stumbles to Explain Wartime Double Standard Applied to Israel

Although the US swiftly condemned Israel last year for shelling a UNRWA school from which rockets were fired, now, after US forces bombed a hospital in Afghanistan killing innocents, US officials hypocritically insist on waiting until investigations are complete.

The US clearly engages in double standards concerning the accidental killing of innocents during war.

While the US was quick to condemn Israel – without waiting for the conclusions of independent investigations – for bombing a legitimate target during last year’s war against Hamas in Gaza, a State Department spokesman could not answer why there is a different policy regarding US military strikes that kill civilians.

When questioned about this double-standard, the US State Department spokesman stammered and stumbled.

It’s time for the US to start treating Israel like an ally and drop the double standard. This is a MUST watch!
