The streets of Jerusalem are filled with joy as the people prepare for the Festival of Sukkot. Watch them dance to a new video released in time for the occasion!
Popular Israeli singer Gad Elbaz has released a new video just in time for the Festival of Sukkot. Titled “Even Ma’asu Habonim,” which means “a stone cast away by builders,” it is taken from Hallel, the psalms recited on the three festivals of Sukkot, Passover and Shavuot.
The psalm that is sung so joyously in the video translates as follows: “A stone cast away by builders became a cornerstone. This is from God. It is wondrous in our eyes.”
