Israeli researchers have developed a handheld diagnostic device to check a person’s lungs, ears, throat and skin and immediately submit the information to a doctor on call.
If necessary, the doctor will meet with the patient on a video call.
He or she can then make a remote diagnosis through a smartphone app.
