VIDEO: New Iranian Video Encourages Children to Fight Wars and ‘Liberate Jerusalem’

Iran state television has aired a video that encourages innocent young children to sacrifice their lives in order to “liberate Jerusalem.”

The Iranian regime, with which the US-led global powers made a nuclear deal in 2015, has embarked on a new propaganda campaign urging children to join the Syrian civil war and sacrifice their lives.

Faced with a crisis in recruiting fighters to defend Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad, the Iranian leaders sanctioned a new clip that was aired on state television in recent days, titled “Martyrs Who Defend the Sacred Shrine.” The message given to the young viewers is that they must join the fighting not only to “free Iraq and Syria,” but also to reach Jerusalem.
