VIDEO: Moments Before Tragedy, Crowd Sings Song of Faith
Minutes before the horrific tragedy that claimed 45 lives, the crowd sings a powerful song about faith in God.
Only moments before the disaster in Meron took place, thousands of people sang Ani Maamin (“I believe”), a musical rendition of one of Maimonides’ 13 Jewish principles of faith.
The song refers to the essential Jewish belief in the coming of the Messiah and the end of the exile.
Knowing what occurred in the very same location moments after makes listening to it even more powerful.
Just moments before the disaster.
