The Bible Lands Museum in Jerusalem has opened a new exhibit that explores the Babylonian Jewish exile which followed the destruction of the first Jewish Temple.

The exhibit features ancient relics from the exile including arrow heads, pottery, inscriptions and more.

This is an amazing look into the ancient past that explores the lives of the Jewish people who were devastated over the loss of the Temple and their subsequent expulsion from Israel.

This exile lasted for 70 years before the Jewish people returned to Jerusalem and rebuilt the Jewish Temple.
