Speaking to Yishai Fleisher, Arab and Islamic affairs expert Dr. Mordechai Kedar said that 99.9% of Gazans would seize an opportunity to leave Gaza if they could.
He proposed Qatar as a perfect destination for relocated Gazans, and explained how Qatar might be persuaded to absorb them.
