According to a recent study published by scientists at Tel Aviv University (TAU) and Shamir Medical Center, hyperbaric oxygen treatments can actually reverse the aging process in adults.
The high-pressure oxygen treatments in pressure chambers work by halting blood cell aging.
Prof. Shai Efrati of the Sackler School of Medicine and Sagol School of Neuroscience at TAU is spearheading the research.
