Arab-Israeli archaeologists identified the find as a Jewish ritual bath from the Second Temple era.

Israeli tour guide Anat Harrel tells ILTV studio about the discovery of an ancient Jewish ritual bath, or mikvah, in the Galilee in northern Israel.

Archaeologists said the plaster used for the mikvah is the same as that used 2,000 years ago during the Second Temple period.

Also, Harrel says, it was two Israeli Arabs who identified the find as a Jewish ritual bath, noting the wonderful coexistence that exists in the Galilee region.
