There is no greater joy than investing in something you deeply care about. According Hashem, we are commanded to give to the poor not just out of righteousness, but out of justice! In the eyes of Hashem, it is our responsibility and obligation to ensure that the poor receive their dues whether or not we feel personally connected to them.
