A young Israeli girl suddenly became gravely ill and was diagnosed with a rare infection that had taken over her entire body.
At first the medical staff wasn’t sure she’d survive, thinking that at best she would lose limbs. But now she is not only alive, but thriving, thanks to an incredible team of professionals.
Dr. Ehud Lebel, chief orthopedist at Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem, describes what happened.
