Last May, a devastating wildfire burned the entire community of Moshav Mevo Modiim to the ground leaving sixty families homeless and 3,000 trees destroyed. Rabbi Tuly visited the Moshav and replanted trees at a park named “Esh Kodesh” (Holy Fire) to demonstrate that like the burning bush, the community was consumed but not destroyed.
