Chloé Valdary, director of Partnerships at Jerusalem U, an educational film production company, won fourth place at the Israel Video Network competition for a hip hop presentation of a dream about waking up in Jerusalem.
Valdary, who grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana, began doing pro-Israel activism while a student at the University of New Orleans, where she founded the student group Allies of Israel.
