Do Israel’s unilateral expansion plans go against international law? Attorney Daniel Pomerantz explains the issues.

Israel is planning to extend its sovereignty into parts of Judea and Samaria and the Jordan Valley in the coming weeks, with the consent of the Trump administration, and European officials are warning against the move, citing international law.

International law, however, is not determined by a popularity contest, but there are actual laws, Daniel Pomerantz, attorney and CEO of Honest Reporting, explains in an interview with ILTV.

Acknowledging that unilateral expansion is a contentious issue, Pomerantz explains the arguments in favor, citing legal sources.
