After a week of Arab terror and violence, Jerusalem is now calm, says Israel’s police spokesman.
It was a week full of tragedy and tension.
On Tuesday, Rabbi Raziel Shevach, a 35-year-old father of six, was murdered in a drive-by shooting in Samaria.
Violent riots took place in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria as well as near the border with Gaza on Thursday, resulting in the shooting death of two Palestinian teens who were throwing rocks and, according to the IDF, “posed a threat.”
Israel Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld says the situation has returned to calm. Let us hope it continues!
