“The lights of peace have never shone brighter.” the Israeli leader stated.
Shortly after President Donald Trump’s announcement Thursday that Morocco and Israel will be normalizing ties, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US Ambassador David Friedman celebrated the news at the candle-lighting ceremony at the Western Wall in Jerusalem on the first night of Chanukah.
“This will be a very warm peace,” Netanyahu said.
This is certainly a very memorable Chanukah!
