In a most heartwarming video, parents of a lone soldier in the IDF came from the United States to surprise their son for his swearing-in ceremony!
There are thousands of lone soldiers currently serving in the Israel Defense Forces. A lone soldier has no immediate family in Israel. He or she usually comes from another country in order to serve as a volunteer.
When family does come to visit their sons or daughters, they often surprise them and end up being the most touching and heartwarming events ever.
