Arab terrorists threw a grenade at Israeli forces operating in the village of Abu Dis near Ramallah, in the area of the Binyamin Regional Brigade late Wednesday night.

There were no casualties among the soldiers, and no damage was caused.

Israeli forces operating throughout Judea and Samaria on Wednesday night arrested 18 wanted Arabs suspected of involvement in terrorist activities and violent disturbances against Israeli civilians and security forces.

Additionally, Israeli troops operating to locate weapons in the city of Hebron identified a suspicious vehicle that tried to escape from the scene.

After a chase, the soldiers stopped the vehicle and found an M16 assault rifle, two pistols and a large amount of ammunition hidden in the car. The driver was arrested and taken for questioning. Another suspect escaped from the area.

Over the past few days, Israeli forces have seized five weapons, many gun parts and ammunition in the area of the Judea Brigade.
