The Biblical city of Shiloh, where today’s photo was taken, is first mentioned in the book of Joshua (18:1) as the site of the holy Tabernacle: “And the whole congregation of Bnei Yisrael assembled themselves together at Shiloh, and set up the tent of meeting there; and the land was subdued before them.”
