ACT NOW: Demand Harvard Law Shut Down Its Antisemitic BDS Referendum!
Harvard Law School’s Student Government is preparing to hold a dangerous and antisemitic referendum on March 11-13, calling for the university to divest from companies supporting Israel.
This referendum is nothing more than an attempt to legitimize antisemitism under the guise of activism.

The Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement has long been associated with hostility toward Jewish students, creating an environment of fear and intimidation on campuses across the U.S. Harvard itself recently settled two Title VI antisemitism lawsuits, acknowledging the need to combat its campus’ hostile climate. Yet, allowing this referendum to proceed would reverse any progress Harvard has made in addressing Jew-hatred.
Let’s be clear: Harvard has already rejected the antisemitic BDS movement.
In October 2024, President Alan Garber affirmed that Harvard will not divest from Israel, stating that the university “will not use its endowment funds to endorse a contested view on a complex issue that deeply divides our community.”
Despite this, Harvard Law’s Student Government is forcing a school-wide vote that will do nothing but fuel antisemitism and target Jewish students.
This is not about human rights. It is about demonizing Israel and Jewish students.
Last semester, Harvard Law’s administration blocked a referendum condemning the school for disciplining pro-Hamas protesters. It has the power and obligation to prevent this BDS stunt as well.
Take Action Now! Tell Harvard Law’s administration to shut down this antisemitic referendum immediately.
