At least two people are dead and two dozen wounded after a building under construction collapsed in northern Tel Aviv on Monday.
An underground parking garage under construction collapsed Monday morning in the northern Tel Aviv neighborhood of Ramat Hachayal.
Two people died in the accident and 24 were wounded, at least one critically.
Rescuers are working frantically, trying to free seven missing people from under the rubble.
As of mid-afternoon, reports indicate that rescuers have managed to communicate with two of the trapped victims.
As can be seen in the video, the scene is chaotic.
