The new UAE interfaith center hosts the country’s first official synagogue!
The UAE has a small but active and growing Jewish community that has always prayed in private and not in an official synagogue.
Well, thanks to the Abraham Accords signatory that is all about toe change as the Arab country is building an interfaith center that would host the country’s first official synagogue.
Rabbi Elie Abadie, who is Senior Rabbi, Jewish Council of the Emirates, and Association of Gulf Jewish Communities, speaks about the new UAE interfaith center and discusses the significance of the synagogue.
