Hezbollah blatantly violates UNSC Resolution 1701, including breaching Israeli sovereignty for the sake of harming Israeli civilians. Among the conditions they are violating is that UNIFIL should be the only military force in southern Lebanon. The discovery of three cross-border attack tunnels is yet more evidence of this.
