As a teenage girl, Adi Altschuler founded an Israeli organization that creates social opportunities for disabled children from all backgrounds.

At just 12 years of age, Adi Altschuler started volunteering to help children with physical disabilities, and eventually began tutoring the late Kobi Kfir – a three-year-old child with Cerebral Palsy.

While Altschuler considered Kobi to be like a brother to her, she noticed that most children with disabilities were not able to form such friendships.

By the time Adi was 16, she was determined to help disabled children succeed socially, forming the first youth movement in Israel to form a bridge between youths with and without special needs.

The organization, named “Krembo Wings” after a popular Israeli chocolate treat, now has 63 branches through which 6,000 children and youths from various cultural, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds find a reprieve from the social isolation that can affect youth with disabilities.

Life-Saving ATVs Stop Terrorists Before they Attack Innocent Israelis

Palestinian attackers have terrorized Israelis with stabbings, shootings, bombings and car-rammings throughout Israel, with no end in sight.

Specialized, state-of-the-art, compact, all-terrain ATVs that maneuver in tight spaces are Israel’s “secret weapon,” designed to pursue and capture terrorists BEFORE they attack. Life-saving ATVs are desperately needed to protect communities throughout Israel. Please donate generously!
